Datus Myers and the Pueblo Painters: Echoes of Influence:

The exhibition will present approximately twelve works, six from Myers and six from a selection of Pueblo Painters he worked with during his years with the PWA. This will allow the viewer to see through both stylistic and compositional choices, and Datus Myers' enthusiasm and reverence for the Native artists. Opening Reception: Fri, Jul 27, 5-7pm.

Karen Kitchel: The Color of Drought

Karen Kitchel's work incorporates abstract patterning and a photo-realist technique. Working with obsessive painterly precision, Kitchel dismisses classic landscape conventions of interpretive expression, horizon line or pastoral point of view for microviews of the natural environment.
